Our PDC is perfect for those with experience that really want to elevate their skills. Stick skills are always reinforced and offensive and defensive techniques are the focus for attack, midfield, and defense players.

Six 90 minute sessions.

Specialized training for goaltenders instructed by dedicated goalie coaches. Space is limited as we maintain a very low student to coach ratio.

Attack v Defense Camp will teach you ways to beat your opponent or stop your opponent depending on the position you play. Three 90 minute sessions essential for 1 on 1 play in lacrosse.

Girls meet Wednesdays 7/16, 7/23, and 7/30.
Boys meet Tuesdays 7/15, 7/22, and 7/29
Just $160.

Shooter Camp teaches the elements necessary to score more goals including techniques for speed, shot placement, and shooting on the run. Three separate boys and girls sessions.

Boys meet Tuesdays 6/17, 6/24, and 7/8.
Girls meet Wednesdays 6/18, 6/25, and 7/9.
Just $105.
